Start your summer off right -improve spinal hygiene with chiropractic care!  This month we are highlighting our spinal fulcrum exercises. These exercises are performed at home in under 10 minutes and will improve and maintain neck and back function, helping you to feel great! In June you can start the spinal fulcrum home exercise program at a discounted fee. This includes the fulcrums and two teaching visits.  Below is a brief description about spinal fulcrum exercises and their benefits.

Spinal Fulcrum Exercises:  Spinal fulcrums are dense foam wedges that are placed under your neck and back while you perform a series of exercises. These exercises increase spinal mobility, strengthen weakened tissues, restore normal movement patterns, and rehabilitate the spine.

Rehabilitation means to return to normal. Used properly and consistently, this exercise program will:

  • Reduce or eliminate pain

  • Reduce the risk of re-injury

  • Improve your health

  • Reduce need for adjustments

  • Improve flexibility & movement

  • Increase energy

  • Maintain spinal correction
